実際に店舗予定現場の敷地状況の把握や実寸調査、周辺環境の把握をさせていただきます。
打ち合わせ内容及び現地調査を踏まえて、独自のマーケティング調査・分析を行い、具体的な基本設計のご提案致します。また作業スケジュールのご提案もさせていただきます。
基本的な店舗設計が決定いたしましたら、その設計内容で、設計費用と施工費用のお見積もりをさせていただきます。
お見積もり内容について、ご納得頂きましたら
契約となります。
平面図、天井図、立面図等の各種設計図面や具体的な店舗イメージを把握していただくためのパース、模型等作成いたします。
十分、打ち合わせ及び確認を行い、着工に入ります。
藤寿建築事務所は、創業３６年の実績から、多くの有能で経験豊かな施工会社や内装業者の外部スタッフがおりますので、安心して施工をお任せいただけます。
工事完成後、オーナー様の立ち合いのもと、完了検査を行い、問題がなければ、お引渡しとなります。
